Track Your Order
When you place an order for books or CD-ROMs, we will send a confirmation e-mail with a link to tracking information on your order. Please save this e-mail and click the link to check the progress of your order’s shipment. If you no longer have your confirmation e-mail, please contact the University of Chicago Press's customer service staff at 1-800-621-2736. Please have handy the date of your order, the items you ordered, and the credit card you used.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your book purchase, you may return it within thirty days for a full refund or cancellation of charges.
If you receive a defective or damaged book, you may return it within thirty days for a replacement copy or a full refund or cancellation of charges. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Exchange a Damaged CD-ROM
If you receive a defective CD-ROM, you may return it for a replacement copy. Please return the defective CD-ROM with a copy of your invoice.
If you wish to return a CD-ROM for a full refund or cancellation of charges, you must return the package unopened.
