[Forum] RE: how to quote an ad
Sorry, I did not express myself correctly. I meant how to document an ad in an endnote. Is that ok: Advertisement for The Diary of Ana?s Nin: Volume Four, 1944-1947, New York Times, 17 Oct. 1971, BR15.

[Forum] RE: question about questions
Yes, I think the sentence in red can be left the way it is. I think the first sentence is awkward though. Using the word "things" in contexts like this seems lazy to me. I'd reword it slightly: [i]The advertisement discussed the key concerns of prospective farmers like Abner.[/i]

[Forum] Format of figure citations
I am looking for the correct format in author/date style for figure (illustration) citations. I am especially seeking the format for a magazine advertisement illustration.

[Forum] RE: a 10%-off coupon
Thanks, UserTK, but I am editing an advertisement and cannot recast. I would say that "10%-off coupon" (with the hyphen) would be correct for that format, and I would also think that "10-percent-off coupon" (with the numeral and two hyphens is correct). I think that "10 percent-off coupon" (with
