I'm working on putting endnotes in short form for a history that includes a lot of Greek sources. In the bibliography, the author has given the full titles of the sources in Greek, with translated titles in English. The manuscript is in English. I would stick with only the titles that are actually in print. As long as you have a consistent approach, this style shouldn't be an issue.
